Submitted information is used to review directory corrections, respond to inquiries, improve the site, and maintain listing quality.
Plain-English privacy notes
If you submit a report or contact FairwayGuide, the site may receive the information you provide, including your name, email, message contents, and the page you were using at the time.
Storage and delivery
Messages may be stored in server logs, inboxes, or related admin tools used to manage the directory. Email delivery may pass through the configured mail provider.
Future updates
FairwayGuide does not currently run a newsletter sign-up. If that changes later, the collection purpose should be stated clearly at the time of collection.
